Interview Day Checklist:

Interview Day Tip: Get your dog's vaccinations checked out ahead of time- Fax us his vaccination records at least 24 hours ahead of time and we'll review them for you and give you a call if there are any problems. FAX:(585)423-0771

1.)  ___ Schedule an appointment for an Interview Day.

2.) ___ Get Directions to Wooftown!
            
3.)  ___ Arrive between 7am and 9am

4.)  ___ Have 5-10 minutes of time to fill out an application OR.....

5.)  ___ Fill out and submit your application online!

6.)  ___ Please bring your dog on a leash

7.)  ___ Have a collar with a "pinch to release" buckle. PLEASE NO LEATHER COLLARS                   

8.)  ___ Bring a meal or snack in a plastic baggie or small plastic container if your puppy needs lunch.

9.)  ___ Your dog will be staying at least 8 hours today.

10.)  ___ Bring your dog's vaccination records that show:
                    A.)  His rabies, DHPP and bordatella vaccinations have been current for at least one week AND
                    B.)  If he is undergoing any series of vaccinations, the series has been complete for at least one week.

11.)  ___Your dog's vaccination records are from a vet clinic, shelter or adoption agency.
