PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR PLAY GROUP

Wooftown Doggy Daycare strives to provide a fun, safe environment for you and your dog(s). By using this facility you agree that you understand and assume all responsibility and liability for the risks of unleashing your dog(s) in this facility. Wooftown Doggy Daycare Play Group is not supervised by staff, therefore users are required to abide by the rules and etiquette at all times while on the premises and proper supervision of your dog(s). Guardians and individuals accompanying them use the facility entirely at their own risk and that of their dog(s). The future of this area depends on members behaving responsibly and obeying all the rules. Canine, human members and visitors to the Wooftown Doggy Daycare Play group are expected to behave with common courtesy and respect for the property as well as the facility users. We realize guardian socialization is a great added value to the playgroup, but please remember that your first priority is the proper supervision of your dog(s).

  • Wooftown Doggy Daycare is not responsible for any one or any dog(s) in Play group. Enter at your own risk. All dog owners are responsible for their own dog at all times.
  • Enter with caution if other dogs are already present within the facility.
  • Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the fenced area unless they are under adult supervision or very young and attached to parents in a snuggly or front/back pack. No running or chasing by older children.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended or out of sight range. Supervise your dog(s) as they move around the facility.
  • Please clean up after your dog(s).
  • Vaccination records including Bordetella/Kennel Cough, Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper are required. Your dog is not welcome in facility if your records are not on file, so bring in updated records when they expire.
  • Dogs should receive year round heartworm prevention treatment and flea prevention treatment.
  • Maximum of 4 dogs per guardian at one time, unless there is another adult accompanying you.
  • Female dogs in season/heat are not permitted in the facility.
  • Dogs known to exhibit vicious, fierce, aggressive or dangerous behavior are not permitted at any time in the facility.
  • Please do not smoke or eat while in the facility. Cigarette butts and food wrappers are tempting and unhealthy for dogs. Glass containers are not permitted in the facility.
  • Food in bowls or long lasting chews for dogs are not permitted. Small bite sized training treats are allowed.
  • Guardians must carry a leash. If it is necessary to leash your dog due to a behavior problem, please exit the fenced area  promptly.
  • Choke or prong collars are not permitted in the facility. They can snag on, fencing or daycare furniture, as well as on another dog's mouth.
  • Dogs, guardians, or anyone creating a disturbance or violating posted rules must leave the daycare if requested by Wooftown Doggy Daycare personnel.
  • Dogs are to be leashed before entering and leaving the fenced in area.
  • Please discourage your dog(s) from standing at or near the gate as people are trying to enter. Do not enter if another dog is at the gate unattended.

PLAYGROUP RELEASE OF LIABILITY -Wooftown Doggy Daycare

I hereby acknowledge that I voluntarily have applied to participate and use, with

my dog(s), Wooftown Doggy Daycares facility.

I understand that the act of unleashing my dog(s) and being physically present

inside the (DDC) necessarily involves risks of injury to me, other people, my dog(s) or

other dogs, which risks are entirely my responsibility.

I expressly assume all of these risks. I further understand that dogs, irrespective

of their training and usual past behavioral characteristics, may act or react unpredictably

at times based upon instinct of circumstances, and I agree to assume that this risk may

be present in the (DDC).

I further understand and assume the risk to my dog include, but are not limited to: dog fights, dog bites and injuries to humans and other dogs:, fleas or other insect bites

all of which might injure or infect your dog(s) I understand and expressly assume all additional risks.

It is my understanding that no agent or employee of Wooftown Doggy Daycare will supervise the playgroup at any time.

I further understand that Wooftown Doggy Daycare assumes liability for loss, damage, or any kind of injury sustained by human or dog while using the (DDC).

I therefore expressly assume all risks associated with using the (DDC) as well

as fixtures and equipment located therein, in an unsupervised manner.

By signing this release of liability and using the (DDC), I hereby fully and forever

release and discharge Wooftown Doggy Daycare, its employees and agents from

any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action present or

future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting

from or arising out of my use or intended us of the said (DDC), premises, facilities or

equipment.

I fully and forever release and discharge Wooftown DDC and their employees from any and all negligent acts and omissions in the same, and intended to be legally

bound by this release.

I have carefully read this release of liability and the attached DDC rules

and regulations and understand and fully agree to comply with their contents.
